  • Are EV charging stations available?

    Yes, several Interparking car parks offer charging facilities for electric vehicles.

  • Can I register a rental car on P-App/P-Web?

    Yes, but you must delete the license plate once the car is returned. It is the user’s responsibility to register and deregister plates, as all entries will be charged to the user who registered them.

  • Can I request a refund for a monthly pass?

    Yes, provided the purchase conditions in effect at the time of acquisition are fulfilled.

  • Can I request a refund for a multi-entry pass?

    Yes, as long as the rms and conditions valid at the time of purchase are metet.

  • Can I use my P-app account on P-Web?

    Yes, it’s the same account. P-web is the browser version, perfect if you prefer not to install any app.

  • Can the same license plate be registered under more than one P-App or P-Web account?

    No, for security reasons it is not possible to register the same license plate under more than one P-App/P-Web user account.

  • Do you offer parking booking?

    No, we don't offer parking booking service in Romania. Our facilities have high turnover rates and very short waiting times.

  • How can I check if a car park is within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ)?

    All car parks located within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) are clearly marked on our website and in the car parks.

  • How can I make a complaint?

    If you are not satisfied, you can contact Interparking via the contact form.

  • How can I receive a receipt after I've paid?

    You can take a receipt at each payment machine.
    If you forget to print the receipt, please use the intercom so we can send you help.
    However, once you have left the car park, we cannot provide you another receipt.
