  • How do I get a Muli-entry pass?

    You can get your 1, 2, or 3-day multi-entry pass directly at the car park. For longer stays, passes are available via the P-App or Pweb (1,2, and 3 days also available). The pass is activated upon your first entry on the selected date.

  • How do you access the car park with P-app?

    You must register a license plate and credit card before entering. Access is done via license plate reader or QR code.

  • How is the parking payment made with P-app?

    Payment is charged directly to your registered card in the app, no need to use a pay station.

  • How many license plates can I register on P-App/P-Web?

    You can register up to 5 license plates.

  • I have a parking subscription but I took a ticket. What should I do?

    If a subscriber takes a ticket to enter the parking facility, the ticket must be paid. Access for parking subscribers is only available through license plate recognition, access card, or the QR code linked to the subscription. For any issue, you must use the intercoms.

  • I lost my ticket – what now?

    If the machine doesn’t offer a “lost ticket” option, press the help button. Staff will assist you. A fee will apply according to the parking price list.

  • In which countries can I use P-app?

    Currently, P-app is available in Spain and Romania. Each country uses its own dedicated mobile app.

  • Is it free to have a P-app user account?

    Yes, having a P-app account is completely free, with no maintenance or installation fees.

  • Is it safe to use P-app?

    Yes, P-app uses secure and encrypted technology to protect your data and payments.

  • Is Multi-Entry the same as a parking booking?

    No, Multi-Entry doesn't function as a booking system. It doesn't reserve your spot or grant access priority. If full, you'll need to wait.
