- What does the multi-entry product include?It includes access to a non-assigned space, unlimited entries and exits. No priority access: if the car park is full, you’ll need to wait. 
- What happens if I cross a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to park outside of it?You may be fined. Make sure the car park is located inside the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to avoid penalties. 
- What happens if I lose my ticket?Go to the intercom or service point and give your license plate. Your entry time will be registered and you’ll only be charged for the time spent 
- What if I don’t use the multi-entry pass on the start date?No worries. The multi-entry pass remains valid (if not expired) and you can start it later by selecting a new date. 
- What payment methods are available in the car parks?Each Interparking car park in România offers different payment options; check each location or ask onsite. 
- What should I do if I receive a fine related to a Low Emission Zone (LEZ)?Interparking does not file claims or documents on behalf of customers with the authorities. However, we will provide you with all the necessary documentation to help you manage your appeal. 
- Where can I see the price of multi-entry passes?Prices and availability of multi-entry passes can be checked on P-App/P-Web, as long as you're a registered user. 
- Where do I pay for the multi-entry pass?The 1, 2, or 3-day multi-entry pass, can be paid for directly at the car park. For longer periods, payment is made via the P-App or the Pweb platform.
